Aurora Psychosynthesis Counselling and Psychotherapy offers you psychological support and guidance on a one-to-one basis. The counselling or psychotherapy can help you deal with crisis management, such as sudden losses or changes in your life, or longer term issues, such as difficult relationships, panic attacks, lack of confidence or a sense of lack of purpose. Psychosynthesis counselling and Psychotherapy is a "talking" therapy and is somewhat unique in not only helping with the resolution and understanding of current and past difficulties, but also in providing the tools for choosing and developing a better future.
Our practitioners are all fully qualified with wide experience, are accredited with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and have had more than 10 years experience. They are available via Skype or in person at various locations in the South East and Midlands of England.
Sessions are usually on a weekly basis, last for 60 minutes, and are arranged for a convenient time to suit you. Often that means we will make ourselves available for evening appointments, since many of our clients are working full time in 9 - 5 occupations. All sessions will be treated with absolute confidentiality.
More information about Psychosynthesis, about the type of issues we work with, and the practitioners available will be found on the following pages. Fees vary with location and personal circumstances.
